This piece is one of four in my series, "Words From My Therapist." This painting is based on the feeling of uncertainty but the resolve to continue what feels right to me. There will be many external influences that will pull you in different directions. But how do you decide where to go? As if a second image of you is always there to encourage you, to be your cheerleader and confidant, like a best friend learn to trust them.
