I have a tendency to try and control the outcomes of my actions, other peoples' actions, or circumstances, but it's impossible. There will always be an element of chaos. Instead of pushing it away, I want to welcome this chaos. We may believe our mind can puppet the outcome of the world around us, but it's an illusion. This piece is part of my series based on "Words From My Therapist."
