Reconnect

I live in Los Angeles, I have a fulltime job, and usually have a lot of daily stress. I took a trip to a cabin in the mountains after a really stressful time in 2024, as a solo art retreat for myself. I am not usually a nature person, but I found that reconnecting with nature was very healing. I wasn’t just reconnecting with the smells, sights and sounds of the mountain. I had more silent moments, and reconnected with my own thoughts. It gave me a clearer head and new perspective.
