I often struggle putting my feelings into words. I tend to act on my feelings, or problem solve them before I really process what my mind or body is telling me. My therapist advices to slow down: Take a moment before the action, the first step is to identify your feeling. This is the first piece in my series inspired by "Words From My Therapist."
