Shipping
All Items are sent via USPS through Priority Mail with tracking. You will be provided with shipping information for your package following the date of shipment.
Shipping will happen within 3-7 business days after your order is placed for finished pieces. Please allow yourself plenty of time for shipping during the major holidays.
If I cannot ship for an extended period (when I'm on vacation) a notice will appear on my shop's home page.
Getting your new art safely to you is important to me. Original artwork will backed with cardboard and sealed and taped in acid-free plastic to prevent water damage. It will be packaged and cushioned in a flat shipping envelope.

Returns and Refunds
If the artwork is damaged in any way during and upon shipping, I will offer a refund. In this case please contact me right away (and send along photos) and in some cases I may request the piece be mailed back for processing.
